Winter Training 2025–2026: A Season of Growth, and Next-Level Soccer
This winter, AST brings players an intensive program that blends expert training with real game experience. Across three months of focused sessions and in-house league play, athletes will sharpen their technique, elevate their soccer IQ, and build the speed and strength needed to thrive.
With structured coaching, age-specific schedules, and limited slots available, this is the season to stay ahead while others slow down.
